Mr. P. J. John - Director: He has over 30 years of experience in the design and implementation of various schemes of Indian Railway, heading various projects, especially in regards to Civil Engineering, Track works and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors. In addition to above he is highly experienced with hands on experience in Project Management, Design, Construction and maintenance of Railway Track and its associated structures.

Key Skills: Laying and maintenance of Railway tracks including various types of layouts, yard remodeling, contract management, associating & guiding in preparation of track designs, drawings, estimates, bid documents, reports etc. In-depth knowledge of British Railway permanent way standards and design parameters for standard gauge, experience of Project Management Consultancy and co-ordination with client, contractors and field engineers. Good knowledge of Indian Railway and working of other Railway departments and their standards/requirements.

Awards & Recognitions:
12-04-91 - Awarded General Manager, Central Railways medal and cash award during Railway week 1991 for meritorious service rendered in connection with the work of provision of double discharge facilities at Mumbai CST local train platforms and yard remodeling.

12-04-89 - Awarded Divisional Railway Manager, Central Railways Mumbai CST's medal and cash award during Railway week 1989 for meritorious service rendered in connection with the work of provision of home platform and yard remodeling in Kalyan Passenger yard.

1971 to 1988 - Received number of cash awards and certificates for outstanding work carried out on Central Railway in the capacity of Jr. PWI, Sr. PWI & In-charge PWI.

Mr. Birju Thacker-Executive Director: An IRSEE with over 10 years of experience in railways and an expert in signalling and telecommunication system used in railways. Working experience of more than 8 years in Railways Signalling domain in latest signalling systems in designs, installation and maintenance.

Key Skills: He has worked for Indian Railways in Capacity of Divisional Signalling and Telecom engineer and has in depth nowledge of Railway Signalling systems and safety aspects. He has also worked as signalling expert for Laing ORuke in bidding for the NSR Project maintenance plans for an ETCS-Leve2 system. Birju has a superior ability to understand customer requirements with the safety aspects of Railways and propose a suitable solution.

Awards & Recognitions: Achieved Masters Degree in Technology in Micro Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in the year of 2002 with CGPA OF 9.2 out of 10. IIT Kharagpur is one of the best technology institutes in India.

Achieved equivalent Bachelors Engineering Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, Delhi in year 2001 with 74.5% marks and was awarded with Gold Medal for highest marks across India.
